A custom foil is a printed, hard-wearing layer applied to the front of a Tele Radio transmitter. It carries your logo, colors, symbols, and wording – so the remote looks like part of your product, and the controls read exactly as your operators expect them to.

What a custom foil does for you
Recognition
Your logo, your colors, and the rest of your brand identity end up directly in the operator’s hand. The remote stops looking like a generic accessory and starts looking like part of your product.
Safety
Symbols and labels are designed for your application, not a generic one. Crystal-clear iconography tailored to the function each button performs reduces operator error.
Protection
The foils are colorfast, resistant to intensive daily use, and protect the transmitter from liquids and wear.

Practical questions – answered
If you are evaluating whether a custom foil is the right move, the questions below are usually the ones that come up first.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1 piece.
Can I supply my own artwork, or do you design it?
Both work. You can deliver finished artwork (vector files are ideal – Illustrator, EPS, or PDF – so logos and symbols stay sharp at any size), or you can hand us the brief and let our design team produce it for you. Most customers do a mix: they provide brand assets, and we lay them out on the transmitter.
What about colors and finish?
Foils are printed in full color, and you can build the design around your corporate palette. One thing worth knowing up front: pantone and fluorescent colors cannot be printed as such – they are converted to their closest full-color equivalent, so we cannot guarantee an exact match to a specific brand color. Colors can also vary slightly between the flexible PU foils and the harder foils with cut-outs, since the materials and the production methods are different. The printing itself is vibrant, colorfast, and tested to hold up against UV, abrasion, and cleaning.
What is the foil itself made of?
The foil is made from either hard, high-quality plastic or a flexible PU, and both carry a 3M adhesive layer on the back for a reliable bond. On several of the smaller hand transmitters you choose the version you prefer – hard or flexible PU – while some models are produced in the hard version only.
What is the lead time?
Once artwork is finalized and a digital sample has been approved, production lead time is short and predictable. Your account manager will confirm exact timing for your project.
How does the proofing process work?
You receive a digital sample, in your design, before any series production runs. We only produce and deliver the full order after you sign off the sample you’ve requested.
