Tele Radio India has marked a major milestone by moving into a significantly larger office, reflecting the company’s rapid expansion in one of the world’s fastest-growing industrial markets. This growth underscores Tele Radio India’s strong position as a trusted provider of safe and reliable industrial radio remote-control systems.
The new facility strengthens Tele Radio India’s strategic role as a regional hub, serving customers across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives with faster delivery, enhanced service, and greater customization capabilities. “Moving into our bigger office is a clear sign that our customers trust in Tele Radio India’s solutions for their most critical applications,” says Sharad Role, Managing Director of Tele Radio India. “We have gone from a start-up space to a full-fledged facility that combines sales, service, warehousing, and local assembly. The new facility allows us to keep stock on hand, engineer customized solutions, and shorten lead times. That combination of reliability and responsiveness is what sets Tele Radio apart in a highly competitive market.”
Tele Radio India strengthens customer-centric presence in Pune
The new Pune facility is located in a modern corporate district with excellent connectivity to highways and well connected to both port and airport infrastructure, positioning Tele Radio India closer to its core customer base in cranes, material handling, construction equipment, mining, and mobile hydraulics. Surrounded by major OEMs, global IT companies, and engineering firms, the site supports closer collaboration and faster on-site service. Dedicated meeting, training, and test areas enable the Tele Radio India team to demonstrate systems, run FATs, and share best practices with partners and end users.
Customer-centricity remains at the heart of Tele Radio India’s strategy. A growing team of technical sales and service engineers provides on-site commissioning, training, and continuous after-sales support, while local CNC-based customization capabilities enable tailored layouts and functions for specific applications. “We actively invite feedback from our customers and use it to refine our solutions,” adds Sharad Role. “When customers see that their ideas shape the product, it builds confidence and long-term relationships, not just short-term orders.”
Backed by global strength, built for local needs
As part of the Allgon Group, Tele Radio India benefits from a global R&D footprint, a wide product portfolio, and a strong focus on safety and certification, including ETA and BIS approvals for the Indian market. “India is becoming a global manufacturing hub, and we are investing ahead of that curve,” says Role. “With this new office, expanded stock, and local customization, we are ready to support our customers’ growth for many years to come. This move is not the end of our journey – it lays the foundation for our next phase of expansion.”
