Three regulations apply to our industry: the Radio Equipment Directive (RED), the Machinery Regulation, and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) \u2014 each one broadening in scope, from wireless equipment, to machinery, to any product with a software element.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tele Radio is part of Allgon Group, and our products are directly affected by all three:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RED &#8211; Already compliant. Our applicable products hold a Declaration of Conformity and meet RED&#8217;s cybersecurity requirements today.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machinery Regulation &#8211; An active, Group-coordinated certification project is underway across our Panther, Tiger, Puma, and new-generation product families, ahead of the regulation&#8217;s application date (20 January 2027).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cyber Resilience Act &#8211; Readiness work is in progress across Allgon Group, ahead of the regulation&#8217;s main obligations (11 December 2027).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">None of our products are being phased out because of these changes \u2014 we&#8217;re investing to keep them compliant and on the market for years to come.
