| My system T20 is not working |
- Check first that the right voltage is set for the receiver. The yellow diode in the receiver should be on. Check the manual for the precise location of the diode for your receiver.
- Each transmitter has a diode which flashes when a button is pressed. If this does not flash, try replacing the batteries.
- Try to reprogramm the transmitter in the receiver. See the manual for a detailed description of how to program your receiver.
- If you have replaced the transmitter, remember that you may have to wipe the receiver in order to free up space in the memory but also to avoid unauthorised usage if you have lost a transmitter, for example. See the manual for description of how to wipe the receiver. Remember that all transmitters programmed into the receiver will be erased.

| If you have a short range. |
- The range may sometimes vary depending on the kind of environment you are in. You may experience a shorter range in an industrial environment with a lot of interference.
- Damage to the receiver antenna/antenna connection and the transmitter battery having to be replaced are two of the most common reasons for short-range funcionality. If rectifying these does not help, try changing the position of the receiver and antenna. The location of the antenna is very important if a good range is to be achieved, so place the antenna as high as possible above ground.
- Each receiver has a green LED which comes on when a button is pressed on a transmitter. If it flickers,or if it stays on without the transmitter button being pressed, this may be due to a problem or to someone else transmitting on the same frequency in the immediate vicinity. Wait for a short while, then check again to see whether the problem still persists.
- If several transmitters using the same frequency (433,92 or 869,85 MHz) are used at the same time in the same area (approx. 100m), interference may occur which maifests itself as problems with range.

| |
| The systems sometimes hesitates (winch). |
- This is often due to a winch taking a lot of current at the moment it is started (can also be due to the load). This heistation may occur if the battery is not properly charged or if another item of equipment is connected to the same battery. This is often due to the battery voltage dropping so low that the receiver cannot be operated and the solenoid then stops and knocks. If a smaller battery is used for a winch application, always make sure that the battery is charged sufficiently.

| Can I use a changeover relay function or priority function with system T20? |
- Only one receiver,T20RX-02AKL/AKM, has these functions in system T20. Otherwise, these functions are to be found in system T60.
| |
| Why are the red lights flashing above the relays? |
- This indicates that the receiver has been programmed with one or more transmitters.
| |
| How many transmitters can be programmed? |
- Receivers with a 433,92 MHz frequency can store 30 transmitters. Receivers with a 869,85 MHz frequency can store 60 transmitters.
| |
| What is the battery life for T20 transmitters? |
- Batteries should be replaced once a year under normal use.
